Again, like William's Pale Ale, interesting dominance of the sweet malt. Big difference here being the bitter and lasting after-kick of hops you come to expect from a high quality pilsener.
Pale gold in colour and reasonably carbonated - the aroma and first sip really catch you off guard. I like that in a beer. Keeps you guessing!

Thought for the Day.....The down side of a holiday is it always seems to be absolute craziness trying to get everything done the last couple of days before you go. The up side is you get to have a break and catch your breath while you recover....if the kids let you!!
